Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of the content, there is a no refund policy.
How long will I need to put aside to implement the content?
There is a lot of content waiting for you in The Lounge and we have beginners roadmaps you can follow. Depending what stage you are at and how long you have to spend in your business will give you the answer.
I am a VA/Social Media Manager/Online Marketer and looking to learn more to teach my clients. Is The Fearless Tech Lounge Suitable for me?
No it isn't as our Terms and Conditions state the content is for personal use only. If you are looking for training in Tech to increase your services or to teach your clients I have something much more in line for you. Slide into my DMs here
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
This is a membership on a month by month contract; you can cancel up to a week before your next payment date by emailing [email protected]
Is this a tech support helpdesk?
No. You are welcome to ask questions around our training and any issues you are facing with online platforms. However, if you have an issue where you require me to log into your systems and troubleshoot, this will carry an additional charge. Members get a discounted rate for 121 sessions with me.
If I go on holiday do I still have to pay?
Yes, as this is a rolling contract membership.
